Italian cooking class at 205 Lavinia Gallery
The gallery, 205 Lavinia in Milton Delaware is offering an Italian cooking class and dinner and we promised to post it here on our blog.

Here is the info about the classes:
"We are delighted to announce the return visit of Chef Gabriella Lavorato from Arezzo in the Southeast of Tuscany, Italy. She has a repertoire of savory Tuscan recipes to pass on and would like to know if anyone would be interested in taking cooking lessons and a dinner follows the class, April 16th, 18th, 23rd or 25th, 2009. The combined classes and dinner start at 3 PM and end somewhere around 9 or 10 PM. The price of the class and dinner will be $100. We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, Cash, Pay Pal, and Checks. Checks should be written and sent to 205 Lavinia Street, Milton, De. 19968.
Wine will not be provided, so if you like please, bring one of your choice.
There is a limited number of people we can accommodate, so if you are interested please let us know which date works best for you and payment of $100 to secure your place.
