At Fifer Orchards, Wyoming, Delaware

After perusing all the arts & crafts booths downtown at the Wyoming Peach Festival, we headed over to Fifer Orchards where the festivities continued and where all the peaches – and any number of fruits and vegetables and more were for sale. There was free peach ice cream and hay rides around the farm (not for me with my allergies!). This was our first visit to Fifer Orchards but I hope it won't be the last. The peaches were juicy & delicious and everything was fresh & beautiful. We stocked up!

There were two different kinds of peaches – yellow and white. Both were yummy.

Everything was "peachy" – these were mini peach pies.

Peaches, as far as the eye could see!

Seeing the pictures of the peaches makes me home sick for the peach tree we had in our front yard growing up. I got so spoiled with those peaches every summer that now store bought peaches are just not the same. You're so lucky to have attended a peach festival.
