"From Italy with Love" Opened at Dover Art League

Last night was the opening reception for the joint exhibiton of our work in Dover. It was also First Friday up there so there were lots of people around. It started a little slow with not too many people at first but as it got closer to 6pm the room filled up to a standing room only crowd for the talk and digital slide presentation on our Italy experience. We managed to hold their interest, people had questions and seemed to really enjoy what we had to say. Very nice!

So here are photographs by L.D. Kinder, a new Mispillion Art League Member.

Talking with President and Mrs. Johnston of Wesley College who came to wish us well.
Say Cheese (Marc Cleary was also taking a photograph of us)
Animated discussion!
Getting ready for the talk and digital slide presentation to begin.
They do seem to be studying the work!

Looking through the print bin
Neighbors came up from Milford!
A good size crowd attended the Opening
We always have fun talking about Italy.

Wonderful colors and organic natural forms. Reminds me of a painting like Rainy landscape, by Russian painter
Kandinsky, http://EN.WahooArt.com/

, that I saw at wahooart.com, from where one can order a canvas print of it.
Really good place to browse the painter’s work and other work similar to your style of painting.
